I can't not help you there because I couldn't test but you probably can uninstall Flash Player with "uninstall_flash_player.exe" from Adobe and reinstall NG Flash Player again (witch will install you Flash Player if I'm not wrong). You can also find and install the offline version 32.0.0.330 from Flash Player. Be sure to disable updates when installing Flash Player.
