hi, i wanted to send this samsung galaxy y duos to my husband in QATAR and i wanted to download app. like viber and other app,, HERE in the Philippines, could it be possible to be used in Qatar if downlaoding is done here in the Philipinnes, or do the down loading in Qatar, iam afraid this app, particularly viber doesnt work in Qatar . pls reply thanks so much
it actually depends on what is important to you. you need to consider these: (1) galaxy y duos has faster processor on paper, longer battery life based on my experience, it looks better, samsung has better resale value. but (2) galaxy y duos is more expensive.
